Garden tools are frequently awkward shapes and with long handles.   Using the full wall height with GGOSS accessories will provide the answer.  If plants on walls are to be considered, or moisture and dampness is an issue, use ALL ALI fixed to the walls.  Then even a hose or watering can can be used for watering wall mounted plants with no problems.
